• Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 (USD) per order.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

• Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Changes: If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@viralgardenshop.com. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

5. Delivery Issues

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. Viral Garden Shop is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

• Delays: While we aim for consistency, external factors such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, or holidays may occasionally impact delivery times.
